Park Dedication: The preliminary plat has been reviewed by the Parks Commission- The commission has recommended that the City require dedication of Lot 1 Block 3 for park (75 ft wide lot in SW comer of Plat). The Plat reflects this request. This is 0.25 acres more than the required land at this time. This 0.25 acre will be credited against future park dedication requirements. Trail Fee: The current Trail Development Fee is $580 per dwelling unit. Trail Fees must be paid prior to release of the final plat for recording. A 10-foot wide trail easement is also required along the front of lots on 177u` Avenue. Please revise your plat to indicate this.
