Assistant Community Development Director Frolik stated the Interim Use Permit is directed at <br />Suite 300 only and if they add other suites they would need to come back for approval. <br /> <br />Commissioner Cleveland wondered if they could put wording in the documents that Individuals <br />are not allowed to park on Sunfish Lake Boulevard. <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Frolik stated it could be added to the Interim Use <br />Permit. <br /> <br />Pastor Wellman indicated he could lease another parking lot nearby for overflow parking if <br />needed. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt stated the cul-de-sac is factored in for parking but would not need to be <br />factored in if there are adequate parking spaces from other businesses. He wondered if there is <br />adequate width to allow for emergency vehicles and truck mm around. <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Frolik indicated that the streets are designed for <br />parking on both sides. <br /> <br />Pastor Wellman stated there is turn around ability at the end of each of the buildings also. They <br />are willing to not use the actual round about if requested but would like to have the ability to use <br />the street going into the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt indicated he would be more comfortable with the three year time limit on this <br />item and if needed, approve an extension. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Levine, seconded by Commissioner Bmuer, to recommend that City <br />Council adopt Findings of Fact relating to the request for an Interim Use Permit and variables <br />favorable to the applicants request. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Levine, Brauer, Cleveland, <br />Hunt, and Trites Rolle. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Van Scoy. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Cleveland, to recommend that City <br />Council approve the request for an Interim Use Permit and declaring the term of a three year <br />period, the IUP will not allow parking on County Road 57 and restrict the applicant to using the <br />existing conforming parking stalls, not to impede or restrict traffic. <br /> <br />Pastor Wellman wondered if they will restrict parking on the actual curve of the cul-de-sac. <br />Chairperson Nixt stated they would not unless they are restricting movement of traffic. <br /> <br />Commissioner Brauer wondered if they could use points two and three indicating those are the <br />only places parking is permitted instead of listing specific areas. <br /> <br />Planning Commission/April 6, 2006 <br /> Page 9 of 14 <br /> <br /> <br />
