The roads in this project area utilize a rural section <br />with culverts and drainage ditches to convey stormwater runoff. Overall, the drainage patterns are well established <br />in this area, however, it will be necessary to evaluate the culverts for replacement and also to evaluate the ditches for <br />accumulated sediment. Soil corrections are likely necessary in this project area to rebuild the subgrade and provide a <br />foundation on which to reconstruct the streets. <br />PROJECT UNDERSTANDING 2 <br />
