Hakanson <br />lip Anderson <br />SECTION 3 <br />PROJECT APPROACH <br />Task 3 — Construction Observation <br />Our Construction Observer will provide full-time construction observation services to ensure that all work conforms to the <br />approved plans and specifications and City of Ramsey standards. The Construction Observer will coordinate all material <br />testing with the geotechnical subconsultant and will coordinate the construction schedule and activities with the property <br />owners. <br />Task 4 — Construction Staking <br />Offsets will be provided prior to beginning removals and reclamation. Utility, storm sewer and curb stakes will be provided <br />as necessary. Curb will be staked at 25' intervals. Finish grade offset stakes will be set at 5o' stations. If necessary, blue <br />top stakes will be placed for finish grading the base. <br />Deliverables: Meeting minutes, survey cut sheets, shop drawings, payment requests, construction observation reports, <br />project closeout information, project punchlist, final acceptance letter. <br />410=CORD DRAWINGS <br />Task 1 — As-Built/Record Drawing <br />Receive, review and assemble all as -built information onto the drawing and specifications. <br />Deliverables: Electronic and hard copies of the record drawings. <br />PROJECT APPROACH 11 <br />
