TIIiI <br />Hakanson <br />Anderson <br />SECTION 4 <br />PROPOSED PROJECT TEAM & <br />EXPERIENCE <br />Staff Commitment <br />The team for this project was carefully selected based on their qualifications, experience and availability. Due to the <br />importance we have placed in serving you, your team will include many of our key employees with a wealth of relevant <br />experience. We have assembled a team of qualified staff members to complete the work efficiently, cost effectively <br />and professionally. <br />Design Tear", <br />Shane Nelson, P.E., is proposed to be the Project Manager. Shane is a Vice President with <br />the firm and has 22 years of experience in municipal and civil engineering. Shane will be <br />solely responsible for the management and administration of all engineering services required <br />of Hakanson Anderson. Shane has worked with numerous governmental clients and has <br />established an excellent track record of meeting the clients needs and expectations by providing <br />quality advice and exceptional project management. Shane has extensive experience in the <br />design and construction of state aid, residential, and commercial streets; trails, watershed <br />plans and roadway management programs. He has designed and supervised numerous civil <br />engineering improvement projects. <br />Craig Jochum, P.E., is proposed to be the QA/QC Reviewer. Craig will review the completed <br />plans and specifications in accordance with our established procedures as outlined in our <br />Quality Manual. Craig is the President of Hakanson Anderson and has 33 years of experience <br />in providing consulting engineering services. Craig will ensure that all Hakanson Anderson <br />work products are peer reviewed and are of the highest quality. He has extensive experience <br />in general municipal engineering projects including the design and construction of state aid <br />and local streets; residential and commercial plan review; residential and commercial site and <br />utility design, municipal water source, storage and treatment design, and comprehensive sewer, <br />water, and storm water planning. <br />Timothy Eggerichs, P.E., is proposed to be a Lead Design Engineer. Tim will lead the <br />design on the project ensuring that adequate detail and design elements are incorporated into <br />the plans. Tim will assign specific design and drafting tasks to other design engineers and <br />technicians and assemble multiple elements to ensure a complete design. Tim has a Bachelor <br />of Science in Civil Engineering and is a Licensed Professional Engineer. Tim is in his 24th year <br />with Hakanson Anderson.
