TIIiI <br />Hakanson <br />Anderson <br />SECTION 4 <br />PROPOSED PROJECT TEAM & <br />EXPERIENCE <br />Sam Jochum, P.E., is proposed to be a Design Engineer. Sam is a licensed Professional <br />Engineer with experience in municipal and civil engineering. He has helped design numerous civil <br />engineering improvement projects and has supported in preparing plans for many projects. <br />Andrew Vistad, P.E., is proposed to be a Design Engineer. Andrew will carry out specific <br />assignments and complete the design of individual project elements. Andrew received his <br />Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University and is a Licensed <br />Professional Engineer. His area of focus is in design for municipal development, stormwater <br />modeling, preparation of stormwater management plans, flood protection projects and municipal <br />solid waste landfill designs. He has utilized GIS software to process and analyze data to create <br />exhibits for municipal development, stormwater modeling, flood protection, and municipal solid <br />waste landfills. <br />Dave St. Dennis is proposed to be the Civil Technician. Dave has over 32 years of experience <br />in the engineering consulting business. Dave is a Senior Civil Technician responsible for computer <br />design, drafting and construction inspection of public works projects in the community's the firm <br />services. Dave is also involved in the design and drafting of private land development projects for <br />Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. clients. <br />Seth Monroe, is proposed to be the GIS Specialist. Seth has over 20 years of experience <br />in the surveying and GIS Fields. He currently provides support for the continued operation of <br />the City of Otsego's GIS program and is assisting with the development of the City of Anoka's <br />Cloud based GIS system. Seth's surveying experience ranges from topographic surveys for street <br />reconstruction projects to boundary survey drafting and computation. <br />PROPOSED PROJECT TEAM & EXPERIENCE 14 <br />
