TIIiI <br />Hakanson <br />Anderson <br />SECTION 4 <br />PROPOSED PROJECT TEAM & <br />EXPERIENCE <br />Brian Person, P.L.S. is proposed to be the Survey Manager. Brian received his Bachelor of <br />Science from University of Wisconsin. Brian has 20 years of experience in land surveying and is <br />Vice President with our firm. Brian has worked on a variety of projects throughout the State of <br />Minnesota and Wisconsin. His projects range from individual lot surveys to large complex right- <br />of-way acquisition projects for roadway and utility construction. <br />Luke Buchholz, Construction Observer. Luke assists the Hakanson Anderson team by <br />providing G.I.S. and construction observation services to our clients. Luke's experience ranges from <br />road projects to multimillion dollar construction projects. He holds certifications in: Aggregate <br />Production, Level 1 and 2 Bituminous Street, Level 1 and 2 Concrete Field, Level 1 and 2 Grading <br />and Base, Construction Installer, and Construction Site Managment. <br />Jim Stenglelin, Construction Observer. Jim assists the Hakanson Anderson team by providing <br />construction observation services to our clients. Jim has extensive experience in geotechnical <br />observations, sanitary sewer, watermain, and road construction projects. He holds certifications in: <br />Aggregate Production, Level 1 and 2 Bituminous Street, Level 1 and 2 Concrete Field, Level 1 and 2 <br />Grading and Base, Construction Installer, and Construction Site Managment. <br />Thomas Johnson, Construction Observer. Thomas assists the Hakanson Anderson team by providing construction <br />observation services to our clients and is also an engineer -in -training.
