The project consisted of the design and <br />construction of improvements to public infrastructure including sanitary sewer, watermain, <br />storm sewer, and street improvements. Hakanson Anderson also provided all survey and <br />platting services for the project, which included the coordination and platting of a lot to be <br />used for a future electric substation for Elk River Municipal Utilities. <br />This project was a continuation of previous phases of the Nature's Edge Business Center, and <br />was important to the surrounding business as it will provide a more desirable connection to <br />Highway 10 for the large trucking companies and other commercial businesses. <br />The project included large infiltration basins to manage current and future runoff volumes <br />from the fully developed proposed condition. The construction included the excavation of over <br />95,00o cubic yards of soil to provide an earth balance on the newly platted commercial lots. <br />REFERENCES - STREET/RECONSTRUCTION 16 <br />
