This project consisted of reclaiming the existing bituminous surface, <br />replacing culverts, correcting drainage issues, and reconstructing the roadways. The <br />biggest challenge with this project was coordinating the phasing of the multiple <br />project areas and the affected residents and businesses. <br />The Hakanson Anderson team successfully coordinated the project with the 1 80 <br />existing residences as well as the Fox Hollow Golf Course. Detailed staging plans <br />were prepared and multiple contract milestones were established in the Project <br />Manual to ensure continuous progress in each project area once the work was <br />commenced.
