1 (2) No more than one car wash bay shall be permitted. <br />2 (3) The car wash shall be designed to be an integral part of the principle building or if freestanding <br />3 shall be designed with the same materials as the principle structure. <br />4 (4) Neither the car wash or accessory vacuum shall be located within 300 feet of any residential <br />5 use unless completely screened or located across an arterial or major collector roadway from <br />6 the residential use. <br />7 <br />8 (D) Commercial Indoor Recreation. Uses are limited to 30,000 square feet. <br />9 <br />10 (E) Drive-thrus. In addition to the standards set forth in Section 525, drive-thrus accessory to business <br />11 uses in COR have the following standards: <br />12 Within the COR-1 subdistrict, the drive-thru lane shall be located in the rear or side yard <br />13 only. A drive thru lane shall not be located adjacent to any destination street as classified in <br />14 the COR design framework. <br />15 Within the COR-2a and COR-3 subdistricts there shall be no more than one drive-thru lane <br />16 serving a given use. <br />17 3. Within the COR-2b subdistrict there shall be no more than two drive-thru lanes serving a <br />18 given use. <br />19 Drive-thru lanes are not permitted in the front yard or within the front build -to -line. <br />20 <br />21 F) Restaurants and Ercwpubs In the COR 1 subdistrict, one story restaurants arc allowed when the <br />22 facade cornice height is a minimum of 22 feet in height. <br />23 <br />24 630 Bulk Standards <br />25 All bulk standards within the COR district shall meet the COR Development Framework that is <br />26 incorporated into this chapter by reference, as amended by the city council on November 27, 2012. The <br />27 following requirements shall also apply: <br />28 (A) All structures within the COR-1 Subdistrict must be at least 22 feet in height with a two-story <br />29 appearance. <br />30 <br />31 660 COR Parking Standards <br />32 All parking within the COR district shall meet the COR Development Framework that is incorporated into <br />33 this chapter by reference, as amended by the city council on November 27, 2012. Quantity and parking <br />34 lot or structure design standards shall follow the standards set forth in Section 460 for residential uses <br />35 and 560 for business or mixed -use uses. <br />36 <br />37 670 COR Landscaping Standards <br />38 All landscaping, including streetscape requirements, within the COR district shall meet the COR <br />39 Development Framework that is incorporated into this chapter by reference, as amended by the city <br />40 council on November 27, 2012. <br />41 <br />42 680 COR Architectural Design Standards <br />43 All architectural designs within the COR district shall meet the COR Development Framework that is <br />44 incorporated into this chapter by reference, as amended by the city council on November 27, 2012. <br />45 <br />46 <br />47 700 Planned Unit Developments (PUD) <br />48 <br />49 <br />Page 95 of 160 <br />
