WIfEREAS, on July 26, 2005, pm'sunni to Resolution No. 05-07-229, the CITY adopted <br />findil~gs o~' fact #729 supporting the approval of the preliminary plat of Rum River Meadows; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 26, 2005, pursuant to Resolution No. 05-07-230, the CITY <br />approved the preliminary plat of Rum River Meadows based on the adopted findings of fact #729 <br />contained ir~ Resolution #05-07-229; and <br /> <br />NOW TIIEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA; <br /> <br />That thc Rainsey City Council hereby grants final plat and final site plan approval to Rmn River <br />Meadows contingent upon the fbllowing conditions: <br /> <br />l) Compliance with Cit3., Staf'fReview Letter dated May 19, 2006 <br />2) The City and the Developer entering into a Development Agreement <br />3) Approval of the Shadetree Creek final plat. <br />4) Construction of Potassium St. as part of the Shadetree Creek plat. <br /> <br />Tile motion lbr the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councillnember <br />........ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the [bllowing voted against rile same: <br /> <br />the fbliowing abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whercui)on said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this tl~c 23*'! day of May, 2006. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-05-XXX <br />Page 2 of g <br /> -135- <br /> <br /> <br />
