Drainage and Crading: A drainage and grading plau bas been submiffLcd, and is being reviewed by <br />City Staff. <br /> <br />Easements: The standard 10 foot drainage and utility easements are located along the north and west <br />perimeter of the newly created lot, except on the south side, where a 14 foot drainage and utility <br />easement is taken and on the east side where a 40 foot electric utility easement is taken.
