This <br />will be done in accordance with directions received from the Minnesota Pollution <br />Control Agency. <br /> <br />3) CONTAINMENT TECHNIQUES <br /> <br /> Upon notification of the incident, the Public Works Supervisor shall <br />go to the scene and take all necessary, action to prevent the spill from entering <br />a drainage outlet to the body of water. Preventive action shall include diking <br />and blocking inlets by sand bagging if the spill has not reached a storm drain. <br /> <br /> <br />
