2. Supports the pursuit and use of 2024 Capital Budget General Obligation Bonding to <br />improve the Rum River Dam, including engineering, design and construction for such <br />reconstruction and modification improvements. <br />3. Acknowledges the City of Anoka's responsibility to provide proof of full funding in <br />order to accept and encumber State of Minnesota General Obligation Funds. <br />4.
