Off-premise advertising signs must: <br /> 15 1. Meet required structure placement and height standards in section 117-148(f) <br /> 16 (structure height and placement and lot size). <br /> 17 2. Not be readily visible. <br /> 18 b. Directional signs for patrons arriving at a business by watercraft must comply with the <br /> 19 following standards: <br /> 20 1. If illuminated,the lighting must be shielded to prevent illumination out across the <br /> 25 river or to the sky. <br /> 26 (7) Fences. Fences between principal structures and the river are allowed provided that fences <br /> 27 are: <br /> 28 a. Not higher than six feet. <br /> 29 b.
