- 29 - SC~)ULIN~ A~ NOTIFI~?ION The plumbing inspector or his designated representative shall maintain a detailed record of all routine cleaning and inspections and shall notify the entire City semi-annually of the need for routine maintenance of their on-site systems. 150.01.6B INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES ACCESS It shall be the duty of the owner or occupant of the property to maintain all- weather access to the system and give free access to the property at reasonable times for the pupose of effecting scheduled maintenance as outlined in Section 150.01.6A. SYSTEM REPAIRS At such time that the owner observes a malfunction of the system, the owner shall immediately notify the plumbing inspector of the problems. Required maintenance shall be arranged for by the owner to maintain proper system operation. 150.01.6C COSTS ROUTINE MAINTENANCE Costs incurred for such routine cleaning as referred to in Section 150.01.6 shall be borne by the property owner. NON-ROUTINE MAINTENANCE All other costs incurred to maintain system operability shall be directly absorbed by the owner. 150.01.6D DISPOSAL Disposal of tank pumping, box cleaning, or other material shall be at agency- approved locations. Distribution box cleanings may be disposed of in the individual disposal system, provided the system's operation is not hindered by so doing. 150.01.7 SYSTEMS INVENTORY The plumbing inspector shall create, update, and maintain an accurate inventory of all individual sewage dispoal systems within the Ramsey corporate limits. Information to be recorded shall include, but not be ]imlted to: Lo cat ion; Description of original installation; Improvements made; Pumping records; Soil types.
