- 13 - <br /> <br />jurisdiction of said City, any human or animal excrement, <br />garbage or other objectionable waste. <br /> <br />2. It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge into any <br />natural outlet within the City or in any area under the <br />jurisdiction of said City any sanitary sewage, industrial <br />wastes or other polluted waters. <br /> <br />3. It shall be unlawful to construct or maintain any privy <br />vault, septic tank, cesspool or other facility intended or <br />used for the disposal of sewage, except when used in <br />connection with construction projects or temporary recreation <br />programs. <br /> <br />4. The owner of all dwellings, buildings and other <br />structures or properties used for human occupancy, <br />employment, recreations, or other purpose, situated within <br />the City having a public sanitary sewer of the City available <br />in any street, alley, right-of-way or easement is hereby <br />required at his expense to install suitable toilet facilities <br />therein, and to connect such facilities directly with the <br />proper public sanitary sewer in accordance with the <br />provisions of this ordinance within ninety (90) days after <br />date of official notice to do so. Until such connection, the <br />owners of all dwellings, buildings, other structures or <br />properties not provided with public or municipal sanitary <br />sewer facilities shall comply with all ordinances and <br />regulations applying to individual sewage disposal systems <br />and their use. <br /> <br /> 210.0217 Individual Sewage Disposal Systems. Ail <br />installations, construction, alterations, extension and repairs <br />to individual sewage disposal systems shall be in compliance with <br />building, electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilating and sewerage <br />ordinances and codes of this City and of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br /> 210.0218 Discharge of Prohibited Substances. No <br />person shall discharge or permit to be discharged, directly or <br />indirectly, into the sanitary sewer system of the City, rain <br />water from roofs, yards, lawns, streets, or alleys; ground water; <br />water or other fluid used for the operation of air cooling and <br />air conditioning equipment in plants or units, any gasoline, <br />naptha, benzine, kerosene, turpentine or any spirit gas or fluid, <br />or any materials of an explosive or suffocating nature, or that <br />may possibly create combustible or suffocating gases or vapors; <br />waters having a PH lower than 5.5 or higher than 9.5 or having <br />any other corrosive property capable of causing damage to <br />wastewater facilities; nor discharge or permit to be discharged <br />directly or indirectly into said sanitary sewer system any <br />gravel, sand, dirt or any other heavy materials or any substance. <br /> <br /> 210.0219 Tampering with Systems prohibited. No <br />person shall maliciously, willfully, or negligently break, <br /> <br /> <br />
