170.0771.4 MATS <br /> <br /> Copies of all plats shall be forwarded to the Commissioner of the DNI~. <br />Approval of inconsistent plats must be certified by the Commissioner of the <br />DNR. <br /> <br />170.0711.5 AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Amendments to this ordinance must be certified by the Commissioner of the <br />DNR. Requests for amendments shall be initiated by a petition of the owner of <br />the actual property or by action of the IRamsey City Council. <br /> <br />170.0711.6 <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> <br /> Conditional use permit applications must be subnitted to the Commissioner <br />of the DNR at least 30 days prior to any consideration by the City on such <br />application. Conditional use permits relating to private or commercial <br />recreational development must be certified by the Commissioner of the DNR. <br /> <br />170.0711.7 <br /> <br />CERTIFICATION <br /> <br /> Certain land use decisions within the District must be certified by the <br />Commission of the DNR.
