Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #lA: Public Hearing on a Proposal for an Industrial Facilities Development <br /> Project <br /> <br />Mayor Gamcc closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 8:04 p.m. in <br />order to conduct the public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 8:04 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman stated that this public hearing is to consider the proposal of <br />Knoll Properties, LLC, for the City to assist in financing a project by the issuance of <br />industrial development revenue bonds. This is to show support of the City but the City <br />would not be responsible. The project is to develop an 80,000 square foot manufacturing <br />facility and the bond would be in the amount of $4.5 million. He added that Council has <br />already adopted a resolution relating to this issue. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Anderson to <br />close the public heating. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Haas Steffen, Anderson, <br />Hendriksen and Zimmerman.
