Voting No: None. <br /> <br />2) Consideration of Probationary Period of Finance Clerk Joan Smith <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Anderson to adopt <br />Resolution #99-04-071 extending the probationary period of Finance Clerk Joan Smith. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Anderson, Hendriksen, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />3) Administrative Policy Recruitment Policy for Reclassified City Positions <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman stated that the Personnel Committee reviewed a draft <br />recruitment policy for reclassified City positions. They suggested an amendment and <br />then adopted such policy. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Anderson and seconded by Mayor Gamec to approve the <br />administrative policy, as amended, for reclassified (from temporary to regular status) City <br />positions. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Anderson, Hendriksen <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />4) Update on Attendance for 1999 Ramsey Appreciation Dinner <br /> <br />There were approximately 130 people in attendance for the 1999 Ramsey Appreciation <br />Dinner. <br /> <br />Case #16: Report from Finance Committee <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Request City Council Approval to Proceed with the Community Built <br />Playground Project for Central Park <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to approve of <br />the vendor/fundraiser project for the community-built play structure for Central Park and <br />to bring back an update on the project to Council. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
