Sanitary Sewer and Water Trunk Fees: The city has established a sanitary, sewer and water mink fee that <br /> must be paid prior to release of the f'mal plat for recording. Since the existing properties were not hooked up <br /> to City Sewer and Water, all 42 lots will need to pay the Sewer and Water Trunk Fees. The 2006 Rate is <br /> $3,062 per lot. The total mount due is $128,604 ($3062 x 42 lots). This mount must be paid prior to the <br /> release of the final plat for recording. <br /> <br />18. Stormwater Management Fee: A storm water management fee of $397 per lot must be paid for all new <br /> lots created. The total amount due is $16,674 ($397 x 42 lots) and must be paid prior to release of the final <br /> plat. <br /> <br />19. Other Permits. The applicant is responsible for any other permits required by other regulatory agencies. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 13, 2006 at the Ramsey Fire Station No. 1, <br />15050 Armstrong Blvd. NW, to review your final plat and site plan.
