Councilmember __ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #06-06-XXX <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE SOLICITATION OF BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 05-27, WELCOME'S <br />ROAD STREET GRADING AND PAVING IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the City Council on June 14, 2005 the <br />City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the above project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, bids for this project were received and rejected because they exceeded the <br />estimated costs contained in the feasibility study; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a revised feasibility study has been prepared reflecting the anticipated <br />costs. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOK~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The plans and specifications prepared for the above referenced project are hereby accepted <br /> and; <br /> <br />2) The City Administrator is directed to solicit bids for said project. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #06-06-XXX <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />-288- <br /> <br /> <br />
