5. Method of Payment <br /> The City shall issue partial and final payments using contract unit bid prices following <br /> satisfactory completion of work. Partial payments shall be issued on a monthly basis unless <br /> the Contractor requests payment less often. Payment shall be for all materials, labor and <br /> equipment necessary to complete the work. Payments are typically processed at the second <br /> City Council meeting of the month, which occurs on the fourth Tuesday. The Contractor must <br /> therefore submit their payment requests to the City by the first Friday of the month for payment <br /> to be processed that same month. <br /> BPPTS 2 <br />
