At a minimum the surety must be
adequate to insure payment of sewer and water truck and hookup up fees (SAC and WAC) at any
time in the future that they may be extended to service this site. It will also be the developer's
responsibility to notify potential purchasers of cluster lots of the possibility of future
development on the remainder of the parcel. The notice must include a copy of the Urban
Development Plan required as part of City Code. A copy of this notice shall be sent to the City.
The developer shall obtain a signed acknowIedgement from the purchaser stating that the
purchaser has reviewed the future development notice, and understands that the remnant parcel
may be developed in the future.
