3. IP 25-04 Dickenson's Mississippi Estates Street Reconstructions <br />a. Subdivision is located generally at Rivlyn Avenue and Tungsten Street <br />i. Streets are approximately 0.26 miles in total length <br />1. 32-feet wide, urban section <br />2. Municipal sewer and water exist under the pavement <br />a. Project will include replacing watermain <br />ii. Scope of work includes: <br />1. Seven (7) soil borings to a depth of 15-feet per the attached exhibit <br />2. Seven (7) pavement cores <br />iii. A standard geotechnical report including construction feasibility for public utilities and <br />pavement section <br />1. Tungsten Street requires 10-ton pavement design <br />2. Rivlyn Avenue requires 7-ton pavement design <br />a. Typically, City would do an FDR or full reconstruction <br />3. Logs of soil borings with descriptions of nomenclature used for defining the site <br />soils <br />4. Estimated subgrade support strength parameters for design of the bituminous <br />roadway and recommendations for soil corrections; Design R-Value estimate <br />5. Recommendations for earthwork associated with installation of utilities <br />6. Recommendations for management of groundwater for design of structures and <br />pavements <br />4. IP 25-05 High Point Street Reconstructions <br />a. Subdivision is generally located east of Ramsey Boulevard <br />i. Streets are approximately 1.67 miles in total length <br />1. 30-feet wide, urban section with bituminous curbing <br />2. No municipal utilities exist or are proposed <br />ii. Scope of work includes: <br />1. Twenty-one (21) soil boring to a depth of 10-feet per the attached exhibit <br />2. Twenty-one (21) pavement cores <br />iii. A standard geotechnical report including construction feasibility for public utilities and <br />pavement section <br />1. Streets require a 7-ton pavement design <br />a.
