Tho~re shall be no exterior storage of materials and/or equipment and there shall be no materials stored on the s~te which are not ~ncxdental to the engine and transmission disassembly operations. No lief/ned hazardous wastes shall be stored or handled at the facility unless the required perr~itsihave been obtained from Anoka County Environmental Services and the City has beefi provided a copy of same. Insets and rodents on the site shall be controlled and exterminated as needed and additional conSol-may be directed by the City Inspector subject to all applicable laws, rules and regtilatiOns, The[permit Holder shall be responsible for removing debris caused by vehicles using the fac~ity,~ Debris removal activities shall be instituted promptly following information of sual~ accumulation. In the event the Permit Holder fails to remove debris within 24 hours of n~fic~ of accumulation by the City, the City may cause such debris to be removed. The Ci~'sh~l bill the cost of such removal to the Permit Holder and payment shall be remitted wi~n ~ days of the date of such billing. Visual checks for debris accumulation shall be mad~ at least once daily by employees of the Permit Holder. All ~qu[pment and vehicles utilized in the conduct of business at Danny's Tranny's, Inc. shal!~ b~periodically inspected and maintained to minimize noise, odors, safety and fire safe~ concerns and to assure optimum pollution control. [ Surface;and ground waters originating outside and passing through or adjacent to the Subj~t Property and runoff water discharged from the Site shall, at its point of departure fro~ th~:Subject Property, meet all applicable federal and state water quality standards as theyiexiat from time to time during the period of this CUP. The operator shall perform any water ~eatment necessary to comply with applicable state and federal water quality standards as they exist from time to time during the period of this CUP. Grading and .draL~agO, Plans shall be submitted to and approved by the City Engineer in conjunction with the Oonslruction of the building on the Subject Property. Berming shall be installed as neeegsary to control mn-off. Off-Stre*.t parking shall be provided in accordance with Sheet 2 of 4 of the site plan drawn by I~akanson Anderson Associates, Inc.; dated 8/26/92 with revision dates of 8/27/92, 9/16~2 and 5/11/93. The number of off-street parking spaces shall consist of a minimum of }5 employee, 7 visitor, and 3 tractor-trailer. All i 1 barking, loading, and maneuvering areas and driveways shah be surfaced with bitun~n0us or concrete and finished with B-612 or surmountable concrete curbing. All loading and unloading operations shall be conducted wholly inside the building.
