A Member shall notify the Commission in writing JO days of the <br />oecuiTence of a vacancy in its Commissioner or Alternate Commissioner <br />positions. The Commission will notify BWSR of the vacancy within 30 days of <br />receiving the notice of a vacancy as required by Minn, StataA .103B,227. subd. 1. <br />The Member shall nublish notice of the vacancy at least once in its official <br />newspAper as required by Minn. Stat. § 10313.227, subd, 2, The notices must state_ <br />that those interested in being appointed to serve on the Commission may submit <br />their names to the Member for consideration. The notice must be published at <br />least 15 day before the Iviember's City Council acts to fill vacancy, The City <br />Council must make the aooiniment within 90 days from the occurrence of the <br />vacancy. The Member shall promptly notify the Commission of the aim:ointment <br />in writin.
