<br />Motion by and seconded by to adopt Resolution <br />#83-___ approving of the preliminary project request for the use of <br />1983 community development block grant funds. please refer to <br />resolution file for Resolution #83-___. <br /> <br />CASE #8: SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT: <br /> <br />This case was on the February 22, 1983 Council agenda and Council requested <br />that it be tabled and brought up at the March 22, 1983 meeting~. The City <br />Engineer will address this issue at the meeting. please refer to.Exhibit #1 <br />for the Surface Water Management Act. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be as the City Engineer may request in <br />regards to this case. <br /> <br />CASE #9: LANDFILL (A. LANDFILL INSPECTION REPORTS FOR FEBRUARY 16 AND 24, 1983: B. <br />WELL MONITORING REPORT FOR FEBRUARY 3, 1983; C. WASTE MANAGEMENT BOARD'S <br />INCREASE IN DISPOSAL DUMPING FEES; D. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT REGARDING <br />MEETING WITH COUNTY BOARD; E. MEETING WITH METRO COUNCIL STAFF PERSONNEL <br />REGARDING STUDY DONE BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY): <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-g) contains documentation pertaining to the following items <br />contained in this case: <br /> <br />a) Landfill Inspection Reports - please refer to the above enclosure <br />for the landfill inspection reports dated February 16 and 24, 1983. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to note that you have reviewed <br />the subject report. <br /> <br />b) Well Monitoring Report regarding the Ramsey Landfill - Please refer <br />to the above enclosure for the landfill well monitoring report for <br />February 3, 1983. I have sent the City Engineer a copy of this <br />report so if he sees a problem with it he will be able to state it <br />at the meeting. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to note that you have reviewed <br />the subject report. <br /> <br />c) Waste Management Increase in Disposal Rates - Please refer to the <br />above enclosure for Waste Management's letter dated March 4, 1983 <br />regarding their increase in disposal dump fees. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to note that you have reviewed <br />the subject report. <br /> <br />d) City Attorney's Report on his Meeting with County Board in regards <br />to Ramsey's Landfill.Study - please refer to the above enclosure~ <br />for the City Attorney's memo dated March 15, 1983 regarding his <br />meeting with the Anoka County Board.
