<br />e) Meeting with Metro Staff and City Officials and Citizens regarding <br />Ramsey Landfill Study - This meeting was held on March 11, 1983 <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center. The above enclosure c~ntains a <br />list of who was present at the meeting. <br /> <br />We did review the Ramsey study's recommendation with Mr. Utley <br />and Mr. Muchaud of the Metro Council staff. We' explained to them that <br />what we wanted to see happen as to what they will do ~n regards to <br />our recommendation remains to be seen. ---..~. <br /> <br />Council Action: No action necessary. <br /> <br />CASE #10: HAZARDOUS WASTE: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-h) contains the following documents that were submitted to the <br />State of Minnesota Waste Management Board for the public hearing they conducted <br />at the City of RamSey: <br /> <br />a) City of Ramsey Resolution #82-166 <br />b) City of Ramsey resolution amending Resolution #82-166 <br /> <br />I am also submitting the State Waste Management Board's letter which was in <br />response to the Anoka Soil and Water Conservation District's assessment. <br />This letter is contained in the above enclosure. <br /> <br />The Anoka Soil and Water Conservation District Report will be available for <br />you at the Council meeting. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to note that you have reviewed the above <br />documents <br /> <br />CASE #11: REQUEST FOR THE SUBDIVIDING OF LOTS IN OAKRIDGE ESTATES; CASE OF MR. JOE <br />SENTYRZ : <br /> <br />This case was before Council at the February 22, 1983 meeting and at the re- <br />quest of Mayor Gamec it was tabled until this meeting. Accordingly, Mayor <br />Gamec will address this issue. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will have to be in accordance with the present <br />ordinance and the City's Comprehensive plan. <br /> <br />CASE #12: COUNCIL PERSONNEL COMMITTEE (A. LABOR NEGOTIATIONS; B. PERSONNEL STAFFING): <br /> <br />The following is hereby submitted on this case: <br /> <br />a) Labor Negotiations - I would like for council to set up a special <br />meeting on this issue. as there is quite a bit to go over in regards <br />to this. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the <br />City Administrator's request ,for a special Council meeting to <br />review and give direction to City Staff regarding police labor <br />negotiations. <br /> <br />; <br />
