RAMSEY, MINNESOTA REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION PROPOSALS AND BIDS TO PROVIDE CONTRACT SERVICES FOR OPERATIONS AND Y~INTENANCE OF SANITARY SEWER COLLECTION SYSTEM AND WATER SUPPLY N,D DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM I. INTRODUCTION The city of Ramsey, Minnesota, is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide contract services for the operation and maintenance of the city's sanitary sewer and water systems. II. BACKGROUND INFO~~TION The city presently operates a sanitary sewer and a water supply and distribution system. sanitary sewer and water systems was started collection system Construction of the in 1984. The city sewer system does not include any lift stations, metering stations, treatment facilities, or on-site disposal system. The water system does not include any elevated or ground storage tanks, booster pumping stations, or treatment facilities other than in the pumphouse. Design plans and specifications, permits, operational data, budget records, and other pertinent data can be reviewed at the city Hall. A pre-bid conference will be held on , at the Ramsey city Hall at 2:00 p.m. for all prospective bidders. All prospective bidders will be required to conduct an on-site tour of the facilities prior to their submittal so that they may familiarize themselves with the requirements for the operation of the sewer and water systems.
