<br />7. Provide clause giving city the first right to hire any and <br />all employees in the event of termination or expiration of <br />the agreement with a 120 day advance notice guarantee by the <br />Contractor to allow the city to mobilize its staff or secure <br />another contractor. <br /> <br />8. Provide monthly reports to city on all O&M work performed <br />during the month. provide invoice to the city monthly for <br />contract payment. <br /> <br />9. provide a guarantee to indemnify and hold the city of Ramsey <br />and its officers, agents, and employees harmless from any <br />loss or liability for damage or claims for personal injury <br />including death, as well as for claims for property damage <br />which may arise from operations covered under this project. <br />The liability insurance shall be in an amount not less than <br />One Million Dollars combined single limits for personal <br />and/or property damage. <br /> <br />10. Provide evidence of the contractor's financial capability to <br />undertake this project as well as its personal resource <br />inventory. The contractor shall furnish to the selection <br />committee a current audited financial statement as to the <br />contractor's present financial status. <br /> <br />11. provide a termination clause allowing either party <br />termination rights upon one hundred and twenty (120) days <br />written notice to the other party. <br /> <br />V. HOURS OF OPERATION <br /> <br />The sanitary sewer and water systems s~all be maintained on a 7- <br />day per week basis with a schedule of on-call personnel 24 hours <br />per day. Staffing levels must be sufficient to meet safety <br />requirements and all regulatory agency requirements at all times. <br />Response time to any emergency shall be within one hour. <br />E~~ipment shall be able to be mobilized and on the job within two <br />(2) hours for the repair of a broken watermain or plugged <br />sanitary sewer. <br /> <br />VI. EQUIPMENT AND REPAIR P&~TS <br /> <br />All equipment and pipe repair parts shall be provided by the <br />contractor. The contractor shall provide and maintain all <br />vehicles and equipment required to operate and maintain the <br />various facilities. The contractor shall maintain an inven~o=y <br />of all necessary repair parts :or ~~e ~ype, size and class of <br />pipes in the sanitary sewe= collec~ion system and water <br />distribution system. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />~ <br />
