<br />from all of the Cities in preparing the plan, and we have incorporated <br />suggestions from your representatives which affect your particular City. <br />We believe that the plan complies wi th the statutory requirements and will <br />be a guide to the development and management of the Lower Rum River. We <br />feel we have met the responsibilities of the Water Management Act, and we <br />believe that this plan will assist all of our member Ci ties in managing the <br />resources of the Lower Rum River watershed, taking into consideration the <br />watershed as a whole. We welcome your comments and input in the process, <br />and upon completion of the 60 days, the plan will be submi tted to the County <br />Board along wi th your comments.
