1) Determine the total area impact (distance from landfill that <br />has impact). <br />2) show degree of impact starting at landfill and continuing in <br />interval of 1/8 mile until the impact cease to affect property <br />values. <br />A) Determine the impact at each 1/8 mile interval for the <br />following zoning in properties. <br />1) Residential housing <br />2) Vacant platted/unplatted residential lands <br />3) Developed oommercial/industrial area <br />4) Vacant platted/unplatted coumercial /industrial lands <br />3) Determine the impact of potential water pollution problems and <br />any subsequent need for accelerated utility installation. <br />Further Discussion: Committee consensus is that the following businesses will <br />be included in Part II, Item t3 of the proposal: Jimmy B's American Cafe, <br />LeZburneau s Super Valu, Mate Punch and Die, Altron and Koenig Insulation. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman LeLeux, Committee Members Sitz, <br />Fountain, DeLuca, Wentura, Pearson and McCulley. Voting No: None. <br />Committee consensus is to place on the next meeting agenda a discussion <br />regarding a video to be prepared by Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc. <br />Mr. Miller referred to the article submitted ty Ms. Beale during Citizen Input <br />and noted that a lot of the problems mentioned in the article were problems <br />Waste Management acquired; just like Waste Management acquires whatever <br />problems or potential problems arise out of the <br />Ramsey site. <br />Notion by Mr. Wentura and seconded by Mr. Foountain to adjourn this meeting of <br />the Ramsey Landfill Ad Hoc Committee. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman LeLeux, Committee members Sitz, DeLuca, <br />Fountain, McCulley, Pearson and Wentura.
