Proposed policy on use of City vehicles. <br />2. Proposed policy on reimbursement of costs for meals, <br />transportation and parking while on official City business. <br />Further, to delete the following as an agenda item to be discussed: <br />3. Staff salaries for 1985. <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Reiman stated that these items <br />have been repeatedly referred back to the Personnel committee an d <br />he would like to clear the slate and make a fresh start with 1986 <br />negotiations. Councilmember Cox stated that he feels it is <br />incumbent for this Oouncil to review the very irregular high salary <br />increases, which are far beyond the 48 indicated in newspaper <br />articles; it's a situation of government perpetuating inflation at <br />the expense of society and it's not prudent to allow this to <br />continue. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Cc)uncilmembers <br />Sorteberg, Reiman and Schlueter. Voting No: Councilmember Cox. <br />C.
