Mr. Schnelle stated that he and Mr. Goodrich will be reviewing the <br />AFSCME proposal and City's Proposal; they will then review their <br />findings with the Personnel Oomnittee prior to meeting with mcmE. <br />Oouncilmember Cox stated that the entire Council should be aware of <br />everything that is going on; for example, he was not aware the City <br />Administrator is resigning and asked the Mayor if he was aware of <br />that resignation. <br />Mayor Heitman replied that he was not. <br />A. <br />Council noted introduction of ordinance dealing with assessing new <br />subdivisions for drainage located in drainage assessment areas. <br />B. Community Develorment Block Grant Funds - <br />Council noted letter from Anoka County dated June 20, 1985 <br />regarding the establishment of CMG Developnent Revolving Loan <br />funds by LDC. <br />B. Elected Officials Mary Survey - <br />Council noted receipt of AMM Salary Survey of Elected Officials. <br />C. Anoka County Commissioner Natalie Haas' Regpm,&g Regarding <br />Waste DigMsal - <br />Oouncil noted. <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that the County Health And Social Services <br />Committee reoo mended that the County Board lift the moratorium; <br />not sure if the County Board has acted on that reccamendation. <br />Case #7: Engineering: <br />A. 167th Avenue NW - = <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that he has met with the Hunt family and they <br />will not voluntarily accept assessments for improvements to 167th; <br />the Hunt family would be willing to donate road right -of -way in <br />August 13, 1985 <br />Page 11 of 22 <br />
