Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the <br /> forfeiture of your deposit or additional charges. Only free-standing canopy tents secured with sandbags or weights are <br /> permitted. <br /> .............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................. <br /> STORAGE: <br /> Ramsey Municipal Center and park facilities cannot be used for storing equipment or supplies for organized <br /> groups. Items must be removed after each meeting or event. <br /> .............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................. <br /> ALCOHOL AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES: <br /> Alcohol is permitted in City of Ramsey parks only by special permit,with the exception of City-sponsored events at <br /> The Draw.Alcoholic beverages cannot be consumed in public parks,streets,sidewalks, parking lots, or other public <br /> spaces without a permit or license.
