Whether the proposed use will be consistent with the <br />intent and p.lr1X>ses of this ctlapter. <br /> <br />All costs incurred ~ the City in processing an application for a <br />condi tiona1 use permit shall be paid by the applicant. Said <br />costs shall include but not be limited tOI professional <br />consulting services as directed ~ the Planning Commission and/or <br />City Council, copying charges, extraordinary Ci ty staff <br />involvement, public hearing publications, and written notice to <br />adjacent property owners. A set fee established from time to <br />time by the City Council shall be deposited with the City at the <br />time the application is made. At the time the application is <br />made, if the Zoning Officer determines that costs in addi tion to <br />the set fee will likely be incurred by the City, then an <br />additional sum as determined by the Zoning Officer shall be <br />deposited with the City. Any portion of those funds deposited <br />but not expended shall be returned to the applicant after final <br />action on the application. <br /> <br />170.0l3E RE'lCQTIOO (F cnmITICIlAL USE PERMI'lS <br /> <br />Where a conditional use permit has been issued pursuant to <br />provisions of this chapter, such permit shall become null and <br />void without further action by the Planning Commission or City <br />Council unless construction or the use commences within one <br />year of the date of issuing such conditional use permit. <br />However, a conditional use permit shall expire if the use is <br />discontinued for a continuous twelve (12) month period. In the <br />event that the applicant violates any of the condi tions set forth <br />in the permit, the City Council shall have the authority to <br />revoke the conditional use permit following a public hearing <br />conducted ~ the Ci ty Council. <br /> <br />170.013F OORATIOO (F cnmITICIlAL USE PERMI'lS <br /> <br />A condi tional use permi t shall remain in affect as long as the <br />conditions agreed upon are observed.
