'Paraqraph 2. b. : This paragraph is revised to read: b. Excess Earth Material. The LAND OWNERS shall promptly develop a grading plan for their land, which they shall submit for approval by the Planning and zoning commission and by the city council in the ordinary course. The CITY'S plan for the grading of Front Street shall be consistent with the LAND OWNERS' approved grading plan for their Land. All excess earth material removed in the course of the construction of Front Street or the sewer and water utility improvements referred to below, and not needed for such construction, shall, at LAND OWNERS election, remain on LAND OWNERS' Property, and the CITY shall spread it on such Property at the direction of the LAND OWNERS and in accordance with the approved grading plan for the Property. If LAND OWNERS shall elect not to keep such excess earth material, then the CITY shall remove it at no cost to LAND OWNERS. Paraqraph 2.c.: This paragraph is revised to read: c. Liqhtinq. The CITY, at its sole expense, shall cause to be constructed a minimum of five (5) street light standards for lighting along the Front Street right-of- way. The street lighting will be installed on the same schedule as the street construction described above. The LAND OWNERS' Property will NOT be specially assessed for any benefit the LAND OWNERS' Property may receive from said street lighting improvement. The standard of lighting shall be at the sole discretion of the CITY and the CITY shall pay for the electricity used by the street lights. Paraqraph 2. d. : This paragraph is revised to read: d. Front Street Access. The CITY shall construct, at no cost to LAND OWNERS, two (2) private residential accesses onto Front Street from LAND OWNERS' Property lying south of Front Street, and three (3) private AO
