These p:lyments are for permanent easements and <br />are based on a rate of $10,000 per acre, which is consistent with the amounts <br />p:lid prev iously . <br /> <br />Recara:nendation: <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />f.1otion tn <br />Authorize the City Finance Officer to make p;tyment to Steven M. Suess and <br />Margaret J. SUess in the amotmt of $325.00 representing easement payment <br />for damages as a result of the City's acquisition of 1,400 s:Juare feet of <br />their pro};erty, which easement is legally described as: <br /> <br />The Northerly 7.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Gebert's Addition, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />f.1otion to: <br />Authorize the City Finance Officer to make p:lyment to Howard J. Gebert and <br />Ardyce E.
