Further Discussion: Commissioner shumway noted that to require liability <br />insurance of Mr. Gayer would require amending the wild animal ordinance to <br />include that requirement. <br />Motion carried. voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Shumway, <br />Hendriksen and LaDue. Voting No: Commissioner Howell. Absent: <br />Commissioners Holm and Terry. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Howell to <br />adjourn the regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. <br />Further Discussion: Ms. Norris noted that Mr. Dreher has time constraints <br />he must work within and requests that the Commission review his site plan <br />for Phase II of River's Bend Plaza. Mr. Duke Carlson was present for Case <br />#11 and requested that even though the hour is late, the Commission address <br />those cases for which people are still present in the audience. <br />Commissioner Shumway noted that the Commission has already scheduled a <br />meeting for March 17 to address those cases not addressed this evening. <br />Ms. Norris noted that some of the cases on this March 1 agenda were <br />scheduled to go to City Council on March 8. <br />Motion failed. Voting Yes: None. Voting No: Chairman Zimmerman, <br />Commissioners Shumway., Howell, Hendriksen and LaDue. Absent: <br />Commissioners Holm and Terry. <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Howell to <br />schedule a special Planning and Zoing Commission meeting for Thursday, <br />March 3, 1988 at. 7: 00 p.m. to address at least Case s 5, lu, 11, 14 and <br />15 from this March 1 Planning and Zoning agenda. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Shumway, <br />Howell, Heendriksen and LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners <br />Holm and Terry. <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to <br />adjourn this regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />Motion carried.
