The intent of this district is to accommodate duplexes. <br />twinhomes. townhomes. or multi-family units at a maximum density of 7 units per acre <br />and a minimum density of 3 units per acre. <br /> <br />Subd.6. R-3 Residential. The intent of this district is to accommodate townhomes or <br />multi-family units at a maximum densitv of 15 units per acre and a minimum density of 7 <br />units per acre. <br /> <br />Subd.14. B-1 Business District. The intent of this district is to <br />providea.commercial area for goods and services for the surrounding neighborhoods and <br />community on a smaller scale than the B-2 district. <br /> <br />Subd. ~+. B-2 Hi2hway Business District. The intent of this district <br />is to provide for and limit the establishment of motor vehicle oriented or dependent <br />businesses and convenience-type. high intensitv commercial and service activities <br />characteristically located alon!?: maior traffic carriers. <br /> <br />Subd.9. B-3 Business District. The purpose of this district is to <br />provide for large-scale commercial development.. including retaiL entertainment. <br />restaurant. and other complementary commercial uses. The District is intended to provide <br />a commercial environment that is functional' for both pedestrians and automobiles. <br />complete with high-quality building design, materials. and landscaping. The District is <br />further intended to accommodate larger-scale and more convenience-oriented commercial <br />users than are envisioned for the Town Center zonmf? district located east of Armstrong <br />Blvd. <br /> <br />Subd. 10. H-l Highway 10 Business District. The intent of this district is <br />to allow for uses that minimize trat1ic and vehicular access points. and facilitate orderly <br />transition of the corridor while allowing property owners the ability to utilize their <br />property for economic benefit until such time as the U.S. Highway 10 transportation <br />system improvements are initiated. <br /> <br />Subd.l1.
