Timothy Doyle <br /> <br />Probable cause cont'd. <br /> <br />That despite repeated warnings to comply with the Ordinances of the City of Ramsey, the Defep-" <br />dant has willfully and wantonly disregarded such notices and warnings and continues to display such <br />sign in violation of the ordinances controlling commercial signs within the City of Ramsey. <br />That the Defendant has made application before the City of Ramsey Board of adjustments for <br />a variance from compliance with such ordinance. That the Defendant has failed to comply with a <br />proposed variance by refusing to dismantal the previously existing commercial sign on said property. <br /> <br />Description cont'd. <br /> <br />maximum allowable size for said sign and is upon property where there is located an additional and <br />previously existing, free standing sign. That Defendant has willfully and wantonly constructed and <br />displayed said sign in violation of Ramsey City Ordinance and has refused to comply with the terms <br />of a proposed variance granted by the City of Ramsey, Board of Adjustments. <br /> <br />! <br />
