It is further proposed that an agreement be made as a part of the development agreement that this single access point be abandoned at the time the intersection of 153rd Avenue N.W. and T.R. #47 becomes signalized. The significance of the above proposal should be considered in the planning of future roadways to service Outlot A. Ultimately, there would be access to Outlot A only from 153rd Avenue N.W. It is anticipated that Barium Street be extended to intersect with 153rd; however, this is over 1,000 feet east of T.R. #47. A public or private street along the eastern boundary of Lot 1 should be considered as an alternative to the lengthy travel route that would otherwise be required to travel to the eastern portion of Outlot A. This extension of Cobalt Street north of its existing terminus should also be discussed. 5. Park Dedication. The plat will be reviewed by the Park Commission on Septeinber 11 for park dedication requirements. The Planning Commission will be meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 2, 1997 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., and the Park and Recreation Commission will be meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 11, 1997 at River's Bend Park. (This is an outdoor meeting; inclement weather time and place would be 6:30 p.m. at,the Ramsey Municipal Center.) I suggest that you, or your representative, be present at these meetings to answer any questions that may arise. A copy of the case cover sheet for the September 2 Planning Commission meeting is enclosed for your information.
