The exterior finish of the <br />equipment building is an exposed aggregate. <br /> <br />Waste Storage: No waste storage is proposed at the site. <br /> <br />Off Street Parking: There will be no employees based at the site and no paved parking <br />and driveway is required. <br /> <br />Lighting: No exterior lighting is required or proposed. <br /> <br />Drainage and Grading: No grading and drainage plan is going to be required for the <br />development of this small equipment building. <br /> <br />Access: The access to the equipment building will be through the existing gate on the <br />APT site. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 2, 1997, <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., to review the proposed site <br />plan. A copy of the case cover sheet is enclosed for your information.
