Intent: The purpose of the "B-W", Business/Warehousing <br />District is to provide for the mix of typically large volumes or bulk commercial goods and <br />services, and wholesale/warehouse activities. The overall character of the "B- W" District is <br />intended to be transitional in nature, thus industrial type of activities allowed within this district <br />shall be limited to those which can compatibly exist with and be adjacent to commercial retail <br />uses. <br /> <br />Subd.2. Permitted Uses: (Subject to general requirements and performance <br />standards as specified by this Chapter.) <br /> <br />a. Adult Uses Principal and Accessory <br /> <br />b. Building materials sales stores. <br /> <br />c. Cartage and express facilities. <br /> <br />d. Governmental and public utility buildings and structures. <br /> <br />e. Indoor commercial recreation. <br /> <br />f. Light manufacturing. <br />g. Motor vehicle, recreation vehicle, and implement dealerships. <br />h. Office buildings and uses. <br />1. Radio and television offices and stations. <br /> <br />J. Transportation terminals. <br />k. Warehousing of non-explosive material or equipment. <br />1. Wholesale business. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. Accessory Uses: <br /> <br />a. Commercial or business buildings and structures for a use accessory to <br />the principal use but such use shall not exceed 30% of the gross floor <br />space ofthe principal use. <br /> <br />b. Off-street parking including semi-trailer trucks, as regulated and <br />required by this Chapter. <br /> <br />c. Off-street loading as regulated and required by this Chapter. <br /> <br />d. Signing as regulated by the City Code. <br />
