This segment starts at the west border of the <br />Mississippi Regional Park and proceeds easterly along the Mississippi River. This <br />segment would include a 10 foot aggregate trail surface. Reference Appendix Sheets 4 <br />and 5 of 8. <br /> <br />The Mississippi West Regional Park is currently in the improvement, planning <br />phase. This trail segment will be included in the overall improvements of the <br />park. <br /> <br /> <br />1 . A good portion of this segment is contained within the Anoka County Mississippi <br />West Regional Park. Portions of this property are wooded, particularly areas <br />along the Mississippi River, the remaining area is open sp()ce that was formerly <br />used for agricultural use. <br /> <br />The remaining portion of the trail is currently developed and maintained by the <br />City of Ramsey. This trail leaves the park on the east end and heads north <br />within the designated trail easement until reaching Riverdale Drive. <br /> <br />Page 8 <br /> <br /> <br />26 <br />
