<br />o. Part of segment 3 includes using an existing utility easement, which also <br />is directly under a driveway. If placing the trail on that easement is too <br />difficult, it could be moved over 75 feet to the east, this location would <br />require more easement, however would not require building a new <br />driveway. <br /> <br />b. Another alternate to the above is to use the east portion of Riverdale <br />Drive along with adding a trail on Tungsten St. N.W.
