The traffic forecasts will be used in: <br /> <br />1) conducting capacity analyses on affected screenline roadways. <br /> <br />2) determining where c~pacity deficiencies exist on the ro~dway system.. <br /> <br />3) mitigating capacity deficiencies by improving roadways that are over <br />capacity. <br /> <br />A total of five traffic forecasts were developed, they are: <br /> <br />1) Year 1990 Existing average daily traffic (ADT) modeled volumes. <br /> <br />2) Year 2015 Base Case ADT modeled volumes using Existing plus <br />Committed (E+C) roadway improvements. <br /> <br />3) Year 2015 Base Case ADT modeled volumes using Existing plus <br />Committed plus Planned (E+C+P) roadway improvements. <br /> <br />4) Year 2015 Expanded MUSA ADT modeled volumes using E+C roadway <br />improvements. <br /> <br />5) Year 2015 Expanded MUSA ADT modeled volumes using E+C+P <br />roadway improvements. <br /> <br />9Z:tt v6. 0t ~n~ <br />
