AIRPORTS The City of Ramsey has presently delayed plans to relocate <br />b. Plan the existing - airport. Any airport proposed for the City will <br />require amendments to both the Comprehensive Plan and the Zoning <br />Ordinance to assure compliance with 14 MCAR Section 1.3010 of <br />the Minnesota Code of Agency Rules, Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation, Division of Aeronautics, 1978 edition. <br />The depth of the Mississippi River is a limiting factor for <br />seaplane activities in Ramsey. Despite its limited potential <br />for seaplane activities, the City of Ramsey will notify the <br />Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Transportation prior <br />to approving any structure which exceeds 200 feet. <br />10 -13 -81 <br />76 <br />
