Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2.8 Introduction Of Amendment To Ordinance 'Regulating Issuance of On- <br />Sale Liquor Licenses and RRM Enterprises, Inc.'s Request For An On- <br />Sale Liquor License: <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich requested that Council take additional time to review the proposed ordinance ' <br />amendment regulating issuance of on-sale liquor licenses. If Council determines that several <br />additional changes are necessary, the ordinance amendment should be re-introduced. <br /> <br />, ' <br />Mr. Goodrich inquired if Council wished to act on RRM Enterprises, Inc.'srequest for an on-sale <br />liquor license at this time or following the enactment of the proposed or,dinance amendmenttable <br />action until an amended ordinance is acted upon? <br /> <br />Bill Dorn was present representing RRM Enterprises, Inc. ,and stated no objection to Council <br />tabling action on their request for an on-sale liquor license until after the ordinance has been <br />amended provided it does not impact their closing on the purchase of the property on February <br />1 . <br />Council consensus was to table adoption of the proposed ordinance amendment regulating <br />issuance of on-sale liquor licenses and action on RRM Enterprises, Inco's request for an on-sale <br />liquor license until January 24, 1989. <br /> <br />Council scheduled a meeting for January 24, 1989 at 7:00 p.m. to review the proposed <br />ordinance amendment to on-sale liquor license regulations. <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Order Combined Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) For <br />Windemere Woods, Addition, Cedar Hills Addition, and Chestnut Hills <br />Addition: <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart noted that on November 16, 1988, City Staff recommended that City Council <br />require a joint EAW for Windemere Woods, Cedar Hills and Chestnut Hills when the sketch plan <br />for Chestnut Hills is received. The Planning Commission received the Chestnut Hills sketch plan <br />on January 3, 1989 and recommended ordering an EA W for the 3 proposed developments in that <br />area. <br /> <br />Motion by Council member Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to recommend that <br />City Council order preparation of an Environmental Assessment Worksheet for EQB approval <br />relating to the proposed developments of Cedar Hills, Chestnut Hills and WindemereWoods. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
